Zurich-based international facilities management company Avireal AG Switzerland.
Our 30 years of success in the UAE culminated in early 2010 by winning the maintenance contract, along with our international partners, for the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa. This outstanding achievement confirmed our market position as one of the leading facilities management companies in the UAE.
Not only do we have a number of offices in Dubai, but we now have branches in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, employing over 1,700 staff and managing over 1,000 properties with a surface area covering millions of square metres.
Farnek Avireal is also a leader in sustainability and is a member of the US Green Building Council, has associations with international organisations such as Green Globe and myclimate and has already been presented with the prestigious Emirates Energy Award.
